We're seeking a hands-on, analytical, and highly motivated, commercially focussed Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Growth Marketing Director, supporting and executing the paid media strategy across our portfolio of brands. You'll manage and deliver performance campaigns across a range of paid channels from Meta and Google Ads to YouTube, Display, and emerging platforms  ensuring that activity is optimized, on budget, and aligned with the overall strategy and objectives set by the Growth Marketing Director.

As Game Lounge continues to evolve, you'll also assist with database growth and eCRM initiatives, helping implement campaigns that drive retention and engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is proactive, data-driven, and thrives in an environment where precision and performance matter.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels, in line with the overall strategy set by the Growth Marketing Director.
  • Manage campaign delivery, optimizations, and pacing to ensure alignment with performance goals and budgets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with database growth, segmentation, and eCRM campaigns as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, data and dev teams to ensure campaign assets and tracking are in place for accurate reporting.
  • Support forecasting and budget tracking for paid media activity.
  • Supervise and guide a Junior Paid Media Specialist or support team member in campaign setup, creative uploads, and delivery management.
  • Contribute to testing frameworks and ensure best practices are followed across all campaigns.

The ideal candidate should:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other key channels.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, managing campaigns to specific KPIs and budgets.
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills, with proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work in a remote setting.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Experience in iGaming affiliate marketing is a must.

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with eCRM platforms and customer database marketing.
  • Understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior marketing team members.
  • Managing media budgets to achieve commercial results

  • Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
