In this high-volume environment, you'll be a key player in ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience with us.
So, let's break it down a bit.. What will you get up to day to day?
Talent Attraction & Sourcing
- Proactively source and headhunt talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, career fairs, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging job ads and content that align with ComeOn's tone of voice to attract the best talent.
- Maintain and grow a robust talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Contribute to our employer branding by assisting with content and advertising efforts.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Take full ownership of your roles on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a smooth process from application to offer.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assignments with all relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Process reference requests and present offers to selected candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, review job descriptions, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
- Work closely with the People team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage any partnerships or agreements alongside the People & Culture Manager.
- Assist with relocation and work permit arrangements when required.
- Provide support with HR administrative tasks as required, exposing you to broader HR fields, policies, and procedures.
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Continuously seek better ways of working by staying up to date with new exposure possibilities and providing feedback on recruitment channels and processes to the People & Culture Manager.
- Help, assist, and participate in the completion of the ISO27001 or other Information Security Standards implementation and future ongoing recertifications.
- Report on talent acquisition costs and key metrics as requested by the People & Culture Manager.
- Be a brand ambassador and represent the ComeOn experience and values in everything you do.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar recruitment role, ideally within the tech or iGaming industry.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident in using MS Office Suite and online applications, with a solid understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and external advertising.
- Experienced in conducting interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- An approachable and sociable personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- An innovative and creative approach to promoting job vacancies through various online channels.
- A confident problem-solver who can identify obstacles and find effective solutions.
