German-Speaking Reservations Agent

As an Airline Support Agent with fluent German, you will assist customers with inquiries related to our airline services through phone, social media, chat, and email. This position offers training and opportunities for growth in the airline industry.
We seek motivated individuals fluent in German, with strong communication skills both in German and in English and a positive attitude. Candidates should be computer literate, preferably with an ECDL certificate, and possess prior customer care experience (a must). Flexibility for scheduling from Monday to Sunday is required.
To be eligible, one needs to have EU member state passport or a Residence Permit for Malta.
This is a full-time position, 40 hr/week, Monday to Sunday, 07.00 to 20.00, rotational.

Relocation to Malta assistance is available (EUR 2000).
