Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Book-Keeping and Logistics Coordinator to join our clients team.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the companys financial, administrative, and logistics operations ensuring smooth coordination between accounting processes, procurement activities, and delivery tracking. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and solid organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial and expense records, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Coordinate procurement, shipping, and delivery logistics to ensure timely and efficient operations.

  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for order tracking and documentation.

  • Support ISO-related documentation, internal audits, and compliance reporting.

  • Assist with general office administration, scheduling, and internal communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or logistics administration.

  • Proficiency in accounting or ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to deadlines and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience in a technical, engineering, or project-based environment will be considered an asset.
