We are currently looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Seabank Resort & Spa.

The Job:

  • Prepare and cook food as necessary, assisting in all sections as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team and proactively learn and develop new skills.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels, including stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas, ensuring proper food safety practices to prevent cross-contamination. Ensure food storage areas are kept in accordance with the company's high standards.


Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as knowledge of any additional languages being a plus.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking on new challenges.
  • Availability to work a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
