We are looking for Spa Therapists, both part-time and full-time, to join our teams at db San Antonio and Seabank Resort & Spa.

Job Role

  • Perform treatments listed in the spa menu, including various types of massage and beauty treatments
  • Provide spa and hammam therapies as scheduled
  • Prepare treatment rooms with all necessary equipment, oils, and herbs
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
  • Participate in training and development programs offered by the organisation


Job Requirements

  • Experience in Hammam therapy (required)
  • Completed secondary education
  • Previous experience in an international spa environment
  • Formal training in spa treatments
  • References from past employers confirming skills and service mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis in a busy spa setting
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High standards of personal hygiene
  • Adherence to hotel grooming standards
