db Group Malta is one of the largest hospitality and catering Groups in Malta. With a strong presence in the market, we currently operate two All-Inclusive Resorts, a boutique Hotel, and twelve restaurants featuring recognizable brands in Malta. As a franchisee of the Hard Rock Cafe' Brand for the past 27 years and the Starbucks Brand for the past 5 years, db Group has established a reputation for delivering exceptional service and experiences to our guests.

We are looking for a Tower Crane Operator to join the Projects Team.

Responsibilities

Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment.

 Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction workers.

 Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

 Ensure that all lifting operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

 Maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance.

 Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

 Inspect the crane and work area for any potential hazards.

 Operate the crane in various weather conditions including night shifts.

 Monitor load weights and ensure they do not exceed crane capacity.

 Report any accidents or incidents to the site supervisor immediately.

 Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

 Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Job Requirements

Valid Crane Operator Certification.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience operating tower cranes.

 Strong understanding of crane operations and safety protocols.

 Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Physically fit and able to climb, lift, and work at heights.

Willing to work night shifts.
