Role Overview: As an Airline Support Specialist, you’ll be a key point of contact for travelers, supporting them with bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and travel policies through multiple channels — phone, chat, email, and social media. You’ll guide customers through their options, explain fares and baggage rules in a clear way, and help ensure a smooth travel experience from start to finish. Full training and ongoing support are provided, and you’ll join a team focused on delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide friendly, professional assistance via phone, chat, email, and social platforms. Booking Support: Help with new reservations, changes, and cancellations. Policy Guidance: Explain fares, baggage allowances, travel rules, and available services clearly. Travel Assistance: Support customers with check-in, boarding, and travel requirement questions. Service Upsell: Recommend upgrades, routes, and solutions based on customer needs. Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to manage escalations and resolve cases efficiently. Documentation: Record interactions accurately and track case outcomes. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on promotions, airline policies, and travel regulations, and take part in ongoing training.
