- Coordinating with the team to determine liability and negotiate claim terms
- Ensuring adherence to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company
Key skills and qualifications:
- Advanced education level
- Previous experience within the local insurance industry and knowledge of the automotive sector
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in both English and Maltese languages
Eligibility to work within the EU is mandatory.
