Job Title: Insurance Claims Processor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Processor to join our team at Quad Consultancy. As a Motor Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for processing motor claims, collating detailed information, and required documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process motor claims and collate detailed information and required documentation
- Monitor the progress of a claim and provide feedback to the customer
- Process surveys and bills related to the claims
- Liaise with the team to determine liability and negotiate the terms of a claim
- Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations, and customer quality standards set by the company
Requirements:
- Advanced level of education
- Previous experience within the local insurance industry and knowledge of the automotive sector
- Sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Maltese
Eligibility: Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
