**Job Summary**
Quad Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Motor Underwriting Officer to join our team in Malta. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for dealing with customers, responding to queries, and processing customer documentation.
Main Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer queries and explaining products and services
- Obtaining, handling, and processing customer documentation
- Issuing motor quotations, policies, and renewals
- Performing general office duties and branch support
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in the local insurance industry
- Possession of an insurance-related qualification or currently pursuing a related certification
- Sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership
- Ability to handle various customer types
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Eligibility to Work in the EU
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must for this position.
