About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at Triskel Consulting in Malta.


As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in fulfilling the company's compliance requirements under various legal frameworks, including Banking Rules. This includes maintaining, enhancing, and implementing controls to reduce compliance risks.


You will provide support in compliance testing and monitoring, analyzing results to identify gaps, and raise concerns to the Compliance Manager when necessary. Additionally, you will contribute to developing new test reviews and checks, ensuring the compliance register is current.


About You


To succeed in this role, you will have a University Degree in banking, finance, or law from a recognized European institution or equivalent. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position within Banking or Financial Services is required.


You should possess solid knowledge of Maltese and EU banking regulations, including Banking Rules. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to manage tasks under pressure.


A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills, you will also be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Your salary will be around 35,000-45,000 EUR per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
