Compliance Expert

We are seeking a Compliance Expert to work with Triskel Consulting in Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Aid in fulfilling the Company's compliance requirements in relation to various legal frameworks, including Banking Rules.
  
• Maintain, enhance, and implement controls to reduce compliance risks.
  
• Support compliance testing and monitoring, along with analyzing results to identify gaps.
  
• Raise concerns to the Compliance Manager when necessary.
  
• Develop new test reviews and checks.
  
• Contribute to the Company's robust compliance structure, ensuring the compliance register is current.
  
• Promote compliance awareness and foster a strong compliance culture across the organization.
  
• Provide general assistance to the Compliance Manager, including on ad-hoc projects or tasks.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• University Degree in banking, finance, or law from a recognized European institution or equivalent.
  
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar position within Banking or Financial Services.
  
• Solid knowledge of Maltese and EU banking regulations, including Banking Rules.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage tasks under pressure.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
