Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

This role involves coordinating with Head Office staff to support branch personnel, working closely with Motor and Personal Lines management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming business enquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction with clients
  • Negotiate and define specific terms of insurance policies with clients as per Delegated Authority
  • Promote and upsell the company's insurance products
  • Obtain, handle, and process customer documentation
  • Issue of insurance policies, quotations and renewals, and processing of claims
  • Produce reports that may be required from time to time
  • Operate effectively in a team environment to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

  • Insurance experience (1+ year preferred)
  • A relevant qualification in insurance would be ideal
  • Highly driven and positive
  • Organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing situations
  • Able to speak both English and Maltese fluently (required)
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
