Industry: Insurance Location: Malta Basis: Full time Remuneration: Salary + Benefits Main Duties: Coordinate Head Office staff to relieve branch personnel, in liaison with Motor and Personal Lines managementHandle of incoming business enquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction with clientsNegotiate and define specific terms of insurance policies with clients as per Delegated AuthorityPromote and upsell the company's insurance productsObtain, handle, and process of customer documentationIssue of insurance policies, quotations and renewals, and processing of claimsProduce reports that may be required from time to timeOperationally, coordinate with all stakeholders in all departments for the execution of related tasks What skills do you need?
