Main Duties:
- Coordinate Head Office staff to relieve branch personnel, in liaison with Motor and Personal Lines management
- Handle of incoming business enquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction with clients
- Negotiate and define specific terms of insurance policies with clients as per Delegated Authority
- Promote and upsell the company's insurance products
- Obtain, handle, and process of customer documentation
- Issue of insurance policies, quotations and renewals, and processing of claims
- Produce reports that may be required from time to time
- Operationally, coordinate with all stakeholders in all departments for the execution of related tasks
What skills do you need?
- Insurance experience (1+ year preferred)
- A relevant qualification in insurance would be ideal
- Highly driven and positive
- Organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing situations
- Able to speak both English and Maltese fluently (required)
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
