Norwegian Customer Support Specialist in Malta

Key Responsibilities:
\tProvide high-quality customer service in Norwegian via various communication channels.
\tResolve customer inquiries and issues related to products or services.
\tAssist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and general support.
\tMaintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
\tCollaborate with other teams to ensure the resolution of customer concerns.
\tFollow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved.
Requirements:
\tNative-level fluency in Norwegian.
\tProficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
\tStrong communication and problem-solving skills.
\tWillingness to work in shifts, including weekends and late hours.
\tAbility to work from home during weekend and late shifts.
\tPrevious experience in customer support or similar roles is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
\tShifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week).
\tOn-site training provided.
\tWeekend or late shifts work-from-home options.
