Key Responsibilities
  • Implement strategic plans for QA and CX functions
  • Document departmental processes with key stakeholders
  • Develop standards for process and service delivery
  • Maintain workflow for QA & CX monitoring
  • Communicate with team members to solve problems
  • Train team members on processes and standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA and/or CX required
  • Experience in Customer Experience and Quality Assurance essential
  • Solid analytical skills to measure performance and report KPIs
  • Deep understanding of quality standards and systems
Eligibility

Eligibility to work in the EU is mandatory.

Estimated Salary Range:

In line with industry standards, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
