Job Title: Senior HR Director for Europe

Job Description:

WorkInCrypto.Global, a leading executive search firm for Crypto, is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Director for Europe to oversee all HR operations and strategies for our rapidly growing company in the European market.

As the Senior HR Director for Europe, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies for our European operations
  • Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with all EU laws and regulations related to HR
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, processes, and procedures to support the growth and success of our company
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to drive a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Oversee and manage the HR budget for Europe
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to support the growth and success of our company

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in overall HR, with a track record of success in a high-growth tech startup or corporate environment
  • Exceptional understanding of EU laws and regulations related to HR
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform at a senior level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
