Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fluent in Italian and English to work in a dynamic customer service environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with car rental reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with car rental reservations while ensuring accuracy in customer details.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving booking-related issues.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian & English (C1 level).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
