Join our team as a Reservations Agent for a leading Car Rental Company in Malta Location: On-site Malta Schedule: Monday to Sunday | Shifts between 08:00 to 19:00 Eligibility: Only local candidates Job Responsibilities: Assist customers with car rental reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving booking-related issues.Process and confirm reservations while ensuring accuracy in customer details.Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
