Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing network topologies and cabling, monitoring network infrastructure performance, and operating and supporting network equipment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with system architecture design and service delivery, as well as a strong background in Networking and Network Infrastructure. Additionally, they should be proficient in setting up and managing firewall security policies, configuration management frameworks, and process improvement.

As a key member of our team, the Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist will work closely with our ICT team to identify hardware, software, and network problems and propose solutions. They will also perform regular maintenance on hardware, network, and software components.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to write detailed technical documentation, guides, and specifications. A strong command of the English language is essential.

• University degree, combined with professional experience of more than 10 years;
• Experience with system architecture design and service delivery;
• Experience with Networking and Network Infrastructure;
• Experience with setting up and managing firewall security policies;
• Experience with Configuration Management Frameworks;
• Experience with process improvement;
• Ability to write detailed technical documentation, guides, and specifications;

The salary for this position is approximately 490 euros daily (all-inclusive) for on-site work in Malta or 360 euros daily (all-inclusive) for remote work within the EU. Please note that we may only proceed with candidates eligible to work as freelancers in the EU.
