We are seeking a highly skilled Career Advancement Specialist - Quality Assurance to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans to enhance employee performance and quality assurance.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to address employee skill gaps and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees on best practices and industry standards.
- Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in quality assurance.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- A Level standard of education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, training, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Prior experience with ISO and audit principles is an asset.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
