HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Support Specialist to join our esteemed client in the automotive sector. As an HR Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Executive/Manager, including tasks such as on-boarding and off-boarding, drafting and reviewing HR-related documents, and monitoring staff sick leave.
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee-related information with discretion.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in an HR environment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
