Systems and Network Engineer

We are seeking a Systems and Network Engineer with strong expertise in both on-premises infrastructure and Azure cloud, including Microsoft 365, to join our Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud environments and collaboration platforms that deliver high availability, security, and efficiency for our customers. Your work will cover a wide scope, including Azure services, Microsoft 365, Intune device management, and hybrid systems, where you will serve as a key technical resource for both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Cloud Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Azure environments including virtual machines, virtual networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), storage, backup, and Azure AD integration. Automate deployments using ARM templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Microsoft 365 Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including user lifecycle management, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, and compliance policies. Administer Intune for mobile device management and endpoint security.
• System Administration: Provide hands-on administration for Windows and Linux server environments, virtual machines, and VMware infrastructure. Support hybrid cloud/on-premises setups and related networking.
• Network Administration: Deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and wireless access points. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues proactively to ensure high availability and service quality.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell and other scripting languages to optimize routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues across Azure services, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, and server infrastructure. Provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Documentation & Customer Engagement: Create clear technical documentation and maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.

Skills Set required

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Intune, Defender, and endpoint management.
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts, hybrid identity (Azure AD, ADFS), and security best practices.
• Solid understanding of network and security components both cloud and OnPrem.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, and networking.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Microsoft certifications like Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700) or Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or experience with network automation tools.
• HPE Aruba Networking Certified Associate, Cisco CCNA, CCNP.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
