We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Office Director to lead our Malta office.
The Office Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, maintaining client and partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with all local and corporate requirements.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Malta.
Lead and manage the Malta office team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring top-level service and satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the region, including strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Oversee and support sales performance, ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs.
Develop and execute office growth strategy - build local presence, attract talent, and expand operations.
Ensure financial accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
Guarantee compliance with Maltese legislation, company policies, and operational standards.
Supervise administrative functions such as vendor management, contracts, facilities, and procurement.
Support HR activities including onboarding, employee support, and team engagement.
Represent Immigrant Invest with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, partners, and local authorities.
Collaborate closely with the international leadership team to align local strategy with global goals.
Proven experience in office or operations management, preferably within financial, legal, or consulting sectors.
Strong track record in business development, sales management, and client relationship building.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a multicultural team.
Solid understanding of Maltese business and labor regulations.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English is required; Russian language is a strong advantage.
Willingness to work onsite in Malta (relocation support available).
