 Main Responsibilities:

 Providing accurate information and answers to customers' enquiries via emails;

 Utilizing exceptional written problem-solving skills in order to resolve complex issues;

 Assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to their accounts;

 Effectively collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth customer interaction;

 Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

 Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

 Requirements:

 Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech/Slovak and English.

 Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Strong attention to detail.

 Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
