Role Overview:

With full training provided, you'll support customers across phone, chat, email, and social media platforms. From managing reservations to resolving inquiries, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless rental experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Assist customers with car rental reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Address inquiries related to pricing, insurance, and rental policies
  • Help customers with vehicle pickup, drop-off, and payment issues
  • Offer accurate information on rental terms, locations, and available options
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided
  • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and advance your career

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
