Let's start with the role

The Gaming & Rewards department oversees all aspects of gaming, including casino, online casino and virtuals, as well as rewards such as bonuses, tokens, game mechanics, communications and social interactions. This division plays a pivotal role in enhancing user engagement and contributes to over half of the company's total revenue.

As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the software product strategy for this vertical. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the software development of new products and driving the growth of existing ones. You will serve as a mentor and guide for Product Owners, and collaborate with Product Managers from other verticals, as well as key stakeholders such as Commercial, CRM and Compliance.

As a Product Manager you will:

  • Define the strategic vision for your software product category by establishing explicit goals. Develop and oversee a software product roadmap that aligns with vertical & company's objectives. [Product Strategy and Roadmap]
  • Lead the conceptualization and software development of new features and promotions, considering the needs and preferences of the target audience. [Gaming & Rewards Feature Development]
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior. Use data-driven insights to optimize your software products and offer the best experience in the industry. [Market Research and Analysis]
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve bonus offerings and resolve issues. Use customer insights to inform software product decisions. [Customer Feedback]
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your software product category. Monitor them regularly and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. [Performance Monitoring]
  • Stay informed about gambling regulations and ensure that all bonus features and promotions comply with legal requirements. [Compliance and Regulation]
  • Communicate / pitch the software product's strategy, progress and results to internal and external stakeholders. [Stakeholders Management]
  • Play a key role in fostering the growth of your direct reports (Product owners / Analysts) by serving as a mentor, aiding them in making informed decisions and steering the productivity of their Scrum teams. [People Growth]

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience with a successful track record in product management, utilizing best practices, tools and techniques;
  • In-depth understanding of product management lifecycle, agile and lean methodologies; 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions;
  • Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships;
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in English; 
  • Exposure to the betting industry and/or CRM-related field will be a plus.
