ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product/Technical Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet the highest regulatory standards across multiple markets. With your expertise in regulated markets, you'll bridge the gap between compliance and product teams, translating complex regulations into actionable solutions. Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions/markets in order to correctly advise the relevant teams on the implementation of technical solutions/productsReporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementationAct as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants and build strong working relationshipsSupporting the Studio teams with the change management procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for the assigned marketsPeriodically revising policies/procedures with the aim to identify potential risks and/or issues Be a bridge between the compliance team and the technical teamsTranslate regulatory requirements into understandable technical language for developersUndertake ongoing quarterly and annual technical audits with regulatory bodiesPerform detailed analysis of current products with new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance WHAT WE ASK OF YOU  Online gaming experience (B2B or B2C) Regulated market experience (e.g. UK, Denmark, Spain) Experience interpreting and advising on technical regulations, requirements, and standards across relevant jurisdictions/markets Clear communicator (written and verbal) Highly organised and proactive Experience and knowledge of Change Management systems, requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulated markets Experience interacting with Regulators if/where required on technical compliance matters including producing reports for regulators as may be required Multi-product knowledge e.g. Sportsbook, Live Casino  WHAT WE OFFER IN EXCHANGE  Private health insuranceLife and travel insuranceBreakfast & Lunch in the office once per weekGym membershipCloudigo discount appHybrid work setup for balanceReal career growth (we promote from within — no gatekeeping here)Grow with ARRISE | Learning Hub—personalized learning, gamified growth, and endless career development at your fingertips.
