You'll work on a wide range of product surfaces — chat experiences, live interactive features, payments, onboarding, character creation, and more.You'll collaborate closely with our Product Design Lead and senior designers to bring ideas from concept → prototype → polished product. You'll help refine existing patterns, contribute to our design system, and ship features that millions will use every month.This role is perfect for a designer who has strong foundations, loves consumer products, and wants to rapidly level up in a high-velocity environment.Your ResponsibilitiesProduct & Feature DesignOwn end-to-end design for individual features with guidance from senior designersTranslate product requirements into clear, intuitive, mobile-first interfacesContribute to the evolution of our design systemApply user insights and competitive patterns to improve usability and engagementCollaboration & WorkflowWork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior designers from concept to deliveryRapidly prototype and test ideas before committing to full buildsParticipate in design reviews and implement feedback quicklyCommunicate design rationale clearly across teamsImprovement & ExperimentationIterate based on data, experiment results, and stakeholder feedbackSupport fast-paced A/B testing with quick design iterationsExperiment with AI-assisted design workflows to speed up delivery and explore new possibilitiesStay ahead of design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction modelsChallenges You'll TackleDesign features used by millions in a fast-moving, ambiguous problem spaceImprove user flows that drive activation, retention, and monetizationBalance speed with craft in high-velocity product cyclesLearn to design for AI behaviours, dynamic content, and emotional UXBuild foundational skills for moving toward Senior levelYour QualificationsMust-Haves2–4 years of product design experience, ideally on mobile consumer appsStrong interaction design, visual design, and layout fundamentalsAbility to create polished UI in FigmaExperience with Figma prototypingAbility to present work clearly and incorporate feedbackSolid understanding of design principles, usability, and mobile UX patternsNice-to-HavesExperience with AI-driven productsExperience in entertainment, social, or chat-based appsInterest in motion, storytelling, or character-driven experiencesComfortable designing NSFW contentWe love portfolios with:A strong foundational grasp of visual designClear interaction flows and reasoning behind decisionsAt least one end-to-end case study (problem → solution → outcome)Evidence of collaboration with PMs and engineersDemonstrated improvement over time (showing growth mindset)****Note: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Soft Skills User-obsessed: you start with the user and work backwards Velocity-driven: know when to go deep and when to ship fast Creative problem-solver: thrive in ambiguity and turn concepts into reality Strong communicator: articulate design rationale clearly to both designers and non-designers.
