About the Role
As a member of the Risk team reporting to the Operations Risk Team Lead, you'll thrive in our startup-like atmosphere. Here, every team member plays a vital role, collaborating across projects and embracing opportunities for growth within our established yet innovative company.

What You'll Do

  • Perform various risk assessments, including carrying out reviews of player accounts, gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals to detect fraud, abuse, suspect money laundering, and problematic gambling behaviour
  • Request, verify, and process KYC documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform Enhanced Due Diligence checks to detect and prevent money laundering
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with third-party service providers
  • Actively work to reduce chargebacks, fraud, and bonus abuse
  • Handle payment processing and troubleshooting as required
  • Monitor both new and existing player activity to detect and prevent problematic gambling behaviour and raise responsible gaming awareness
  • Engage directly with players to provide support on Anti-Money Laundering or Responsible Gaming matters

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with different payment methods and familiar with their associated risks
  • Knowledge about casino games and be ability to identify fraud and abuse patterns within gameplay and bonuses
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a risk-related role within the iGaming industry
  • A highly organized person, with strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a high sense of teamwork

Helpful Background (considered as a plus)

  • Experience in AML and/or EDD
  • Experience with PIQ and the Pragmatic Solution platform
  • Fluent in Norwegian or Finnish
