Are you a sports enthusiast with a keen eye for numbers and an analytical mind? We're looking for a European Sports Trader to join our dynamic sportsbook team of 11 traders in Malta

This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of sports betting, with a primary focus on F1, Motorsports, Volleyball, Handball, and Futsal. You'll also gain exposure to Esports, building your knowledge in this rapidly growing area.

What You'll Do:

  • Compile and trade odds for both pre-match and in-play markets.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, sharing insights and feedback on models, tools, and betting trends to inform their decisions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is a key priority.

What We're Looking For:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of F1, Motorsports, Volleyball, Handball, and Futsal.
  • Strong numerical ability with a solid understanding of probability and risk distribution.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to work accurately with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts to support our sporting calendar.
  • Ability to think quickly and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team spirit and passion for sharing knowledge.
  • Must be based in Malta or willing to relocate.
  • Preferably prior experience with 3rd party trading providers.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Basic knowledge of Esports.
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly competitive mindset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports betting.
