Social Media Executive – Swiss Market/DACH region

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and culturally aware Social Media Executive to support our social
presence across the Swiss market.
In this role, you will help plan, publish, and optimise content
across multiple platforms and brands, ensuring brand consistency and strong community engagement.
You will work closely with the Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, designers, and content
creators to deliver high-quality, on-brand social content tailored to German-speaking Swiss
audiences, especially across sports, pop culture, and iGaming entertainment.
This is a hands-on role for someone with platform instincts, a passion for digital culture, and an
eye for what gets people talking.
Key Responsibilities
Content Execution & Publishing
- Write compelling, localised copy for posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video
scripts.
Adapt brand messaging into Swiss-German–appropriate tone and phrasing. - Schedule, publish, and QA content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Facebook).
- Maintain daily posting consistency according to the content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet platform needs.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, and conversations across platforms during work hours.
- Respond to users using an on-brand voice and customer-first approach.
- Escalate sensitive or high-priority interactions to internal teams when required.
Content Ideation & Trends
- Trend research, cultural insights, and competitor monitoring.
- Identify real-time opportunities - memes, sports moments, market-specific trends relevant to the Swiss audience.
- Contribute ideas for short-form video, stories, and static content.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track basic platform metrics and audience insights.
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance snapshots (reach, engagement, sentiment, community activity).
- Support optimisation recommendations based on data.
Operations & Coordination
- Scheduling tools (Sprout Social or similar).
- Keep content libraries, assets, and calendars organised.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, CRM, and Acquisition team Community Management

What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native German speaker, ideally with understanding of Swiss-German nuances.
- 1–2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content roles.
- Strong familiarity with major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, Discord.
- Background in digital entertainment, iGaming, or sports culture is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional spelling and grammar in German; confident communication in English.
- Basic experience with scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar).
- A trend-spotting mindset curious about memes, formats, creators, and cultural moments.
- Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
