SASMAR is currently looking for talented Key Account Managers to join our dynamic team As a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we are dedicated to producing top-quality personal care and fertility products, including our widely recognized Conceive Plus brand. Our products are available in more than 70 countries, making a positive impact on customers' lives worldwide.

In the role of Key Account Manager, you will be crucial in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met with our innovative solutions. You will utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster strong partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Negotiate sales contracts that align with company objectives and drive revenue.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports for management on sales performance and account activity.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends to remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet and engage with clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Have full permission to live and work in Malta.
