We are currently seeking a Franchises Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee all franchise brands within our portfolio including: Starbucks, Hard Rock Café, Grom, C&R and EL&N.

The Job

  • Work closely with department leaders to plan and execute strategic campaigns and activations across db Group brands.
  • Moderate and create content in line with brand voice and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Take ownership of selected brands, coordinating with internal teams to update online and offline channels, including websites.
  • Manage and report on paid media campaigns via Meta Business Suite, Google and other digital platforms.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and content creation, including daily digital updates and live event coverage.
  • Design engaging content for social media, especially Stories and TikTok.
  • Be a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets, both quarterly and annually.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, adapting to market trends and shifts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior brand ambassador.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and department heads to align on brand and sales strategies.
  • Analyze market data and develop strategies to grow market share and optimize pricing.
  • Foster partnerships with industry peers and professional networks.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that deliver consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Maintain communication with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners.
  • Oversee the upkeep of marketing tools and equipment (e.g., banners, linens, menus).
  • Support the Director of Operations in prospecting and engaging with corporate and group clients.
  • Ensure all partner deliverables are fulfilled according to agreements.
  • Assist in event execution, attend buyouts/functions, and promote guest satisfaction and future business.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a busy Sales & Marketing environment in a senior role for more than 3 years
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Business Manager, Hootsuite and Creative Studio
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with WordPress and other custom CMS platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva
  • Creative mindset and strong team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, target-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and passion for visual communication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written skills in both Maltese and English; fluency in other languages is considered an asset
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a relevant field
