Job Title - Sales Manager About the Role We are seeking a senior leader to oversee and drive the corporate services operations in an IT services business. The role covers key corporate functions such as finance, human resources, administration, facilities, compliance, and business systems. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, align corporate services with strategic goals, optimise cost-efficiencies and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop a strategic corporate services plan: define objectives, budget, resource allocation and performance metrics for all corporate functions. Lead the corporate services team covering finance & accounting, HR & talent management, procurement, IT/business systems administration, facilities & office services, compliance & risk. Establish policies, processes and governance frameworks across corporate functions to ensure consistency, control, efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements. Drive cost-optimisation and process improvement initiatives across corporate services: identify inefficiencies, implement automation, monitor KPIs and deliver savings. Manage budgets for corporate functions: prepare annual budgets, monitor spend, report variances and ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee finance operations: billing, payroll, accounting, vendor payments, management reporting and audit readiness. Oversee HR operations: talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, retention strategies and workforce planning. Ensure effective IT/business system support: align systems with business needs, manage service providers, system integrations, data integrity, end-user support and business continuity. Support procurement and vendor management: negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, maintain vendor relationships and ensure service delivery across corporate functions. Responsible for facilities management and administrative services: office infrastructure, workplace services, health & safety, vendor services and ensuring an effective work environment. Work cross-functionally to support business units: provide insights, analytics, and corporate service support that enable operational teams to focus on core service delivery. Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership: metrics such as cost per FTE, process turnaround times, system uptime, employee turnover, vendor savings, etc. Lead change management as the business scales: support business strategy by building robust, scalable corporate services functions that can support growth and changing business models. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., MBA, CIPD, CPA) preferred. Minimum 10-15 years experience managing corporate services or shared services functions in a technology or services organisation, with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level. Proven experience in establishing and running multi-discipline corporate services functions (finance, HR, IT, procurement) in a growth-oriented environment. Strong business acumen and commercial mindset: ability to manage budgets, drive efficiencies, translate strategy into operational performance and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and change-management skills. Demonstrated ability to establish governance, process frameworks, metrics/KPIs and continuous improvement culture. Experience in UAE/GCC regulatory and business context desirable. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
