Research Analyst

We are seeking a Research Analyst to join a growing Family Office based in Sliema. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers on investment strategy and portfolio management across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, funds, and alternative investments.

• Conduct detailed financial and qualitative research on companies, sectors, funds, and markets.
• Prepare investment reports, summaries, and presentations for internal discussions and portfolio reviews.
• Monitor existing investments and assess performance against benchmarks and objectives.
• Support the evaluation of private equity, venture capital, and real estate opportunities.
• Maintain and update internal databases, models, and investment dashboards.
• Liaise with external fund managers, analysts, and advisors to collect insights and data.
• Assist in developing asset allocation strategies and periodic market outlooks.
• Stay abreast of macroeconomic and geopolitical trends affecting portfolio performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline (Master's or CFA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in investment research, asset management, or family office settings.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel, Bloomberg, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A motivated self-starter with a strong interest in long-term investment strategy.
