Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and teamwork?
Hard Rock Hotel Malta, a leading name in hospitality and leisure, is looking for an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our finance team and support our top hotels and vibrant restaurant brands across the island.


 Your Role:

As an Accounts Receivable team member, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, maintain vendor account reconciliations, and collaborate with various departments to support financial accuracy and control.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
  • Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
  • Processing and recording transactions.
  • Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
  • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable records are up to date.
  • Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting suppliers to discuss their accounts.
  • Generating reports and statements for internal use.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time.

 What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in accounts.
  • IT proficiency, especially in Word and Excel.
