Electrical Maintenance Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities such as Electric, Electric & Electronic,
• Fluent in English,
• Self-motivated and hard worker,
• Strong planning and communication skills
• Preferably to have high voltage operating responsibility
• Preferably to have energy manager certificate
• Preferably experienced in PLC & HMI programming, hardware, control,
  and command, ability to develop algorithms in PLC Program (Siemens
  and/or Allen Bradley PLC and HMI )
• Preferably to have knowledges Machinery Safety and LOTO
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Min 5 years experience in Electrical Maintenance
• Living or willing to live in Konya

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify errors in lines, Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and lead the team,
• Analysis of issues to root cause and development of counter measures, improvement actions and / or suggestions to improve
• Preparing, updating, and performing scheduled electrical and
  automational maintenance programs accordance to minimized unplanned
  downtime
• Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives
• Responsible for the safety of individuals on the team and that of those impacted by any maintenance activity
• To communicate with the contractor companies to be established and to
  plan and implement the necessary actions to fulfil company obligations,
  on electricity and automation works.
• Work with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies
• To design the electrical schemes of the projects, selection of the necessary materials,
• To follow developments in the automation sector and adapt them to existing applications to improve the current systems
• Contributing/Creating energy efficiency projects
• Forecasting of spare parts and operating machine spare parts and storage system
