Main Duties:
- Renew and issue policies while maintaining exceptional client service
- Source competitive, tailored insurance quotes to meet specific client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Process policy changes accurately and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Manage system data and prepare required reports for internal and insurer use
- Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks and general departmental needs
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments regularly
- Pursue professional development to stay current with industry trends
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management, or Core Team
What skills do you need?
- Minimum of post-secondary level of education
- Candidates in the process of attaining their Dip. CII or B.Com.(Hons) in Insurance or an MA (Insurance) will be given preference
- Ideally 1 years of motor or personal lines insurance experience
- Strong communication skills with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Ethical and reliable, with adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Goal-oriented, with annual performance objectives guiding development
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
