Short Lets Executive

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Short Lets Executive to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Property Management Support

• Assisting in the management of the Frank Salt Real Estate short-term rental portfolio
• Supporting guest reservations, communications, and check-in/check-out processes
• Assisting with property inspections and ensuring properties are safe, clean, and functional
• Helping ensure compliance with local rules and regulations

2. Guest & Client Relations

• Assisting in providing a first-class guest experience
• Supporting communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring professional and timely service

3. Coordination of Services

• Assisting with coordinating property upkeep and maintenance
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as required

4. Administrative & Marketing Support

• Assisting with the preparation of agreements, renewals, and reports
• Supporting marketing initiatives for the promotion of properties and services

Requirements:

• A smart, enthusiastic, and reliable personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Maltese considered an asset).
• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or reservations will be considered an advantage
• A clean driving licence and own means of transport
• Flexibility in working hours
