Talent Acquisition Specialist

We expect our Talent Acquisition Specialists to work closely with hiring managers to find great candidates. This role involves posting jobs, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and helping to schedule and prepare for interviews. The TAS provides a positive candidate experience and contributes to building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent.

• Guide the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for exceptional candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Master the use of online platforms and social media to discover and engage outstanding individuals.
• Maintain our candidate databases and ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires experience a smooth and welcoming transition.
• Contribute to the implementation of new recruitment initiatives and enhance our processes to provide candidates with the best possible experience.
• Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• Someone with 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• A genuine passion for building a career in talent acquisition.
• Top-notch communication and people skills that make connections a breeze.
• Teamwork and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Familiar with social media and online job boards as awesome sourcing tools.
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced world
