The successful candidate will model business performance, assess joint venture and M&A feasibility, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
Working closely with decision-makers, you will deliver accurate, data-driven insights that support commercial planning, investment evaluations, and ongoing business performance across a dynamic, data-led iGaming environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in analytical detail, takes pride in producing precise, actionable results, and prefers a hands-on analytical role rather than a people management position.
Location: Malta, Hybrid
Responsibilities:As Senior Analyst, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Prepare regular management reports summarising financial and operational performance for senior stakeholders.
- Build and automate dashboards and analytical tools to improve reporting accuracy and speed.
Operational and Analytical Support
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to provide data-backed inputs for planning and performance reviews.
- Continuously improve data flows, reporting processes, and model accuracy, introducing automation where possible.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure all data, models, and reports meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science), or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in commercial or financial analysis, ideally within the iGaming, digital, or technology sectors, with exposure to M&A or partnership evaluation.
- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or financial reporting processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in understanding commercial and financial performance.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present findings confidently.
- A naturally curious, structured, and self-motivated mindset.
This is a hands-on analytical role where your work directly supports investment, commercial, and financial decisions. You will model joint venture and M&A feasibility, enhance financial reporting, and contribute to a more data-driven business environment.
If you enjoy combining commercial analysis with financial insight and prefer detailed, high-quality execution over management then this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make an impact.
Competitive Compensation: You will receive a highly competitive compensation package, which includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and other incentives, all reflective of your experience and contribution.
Work-Life Balance: We value work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, recognising that achieving your best in your career requires a healthy balance between work and personal life.
