Job Description

misco International is one of Malta's leading research and consultancy companies. Established as one of the first in the field, we have built decades of experience in understanding market conditions and consumer behaviour. With an ever-expanding range of marketing research services, we are now looking to strengthen our team with the recruitment of a Research Executive.

As a Research Executive, you will play a key role in every stage of the market research process, including:

  • Assessing clients' information needs and supporting the preparation of tailored research proposals.
  • Designing questionnaires and discussion guides.
  • Managing surveys, supervising research interviewers, and ensuring high-quality data collection.
  • Overseeing data processing and carrying out data analysis.
  • Interpreting results, writing clear and insightful reports, and creating compelling visual presentations.
  • Presenting findings to clients and confidently managing client relationships.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about research, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights for clients. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a level 6 (MQF) in any subject or have a minimum of one year's experience in marketing or marketing research.
  • Have some experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, report writing, and creating visual data presentations.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate strong client-facing skills, with the confidence to manage and build relationships.
  • Show high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical approach to work.
  • Be flexible, proactive, and customer-centric, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Have good IT literacy and familiarity with marketing research methods.
