The product manager is responsible for a product or product line's strategy, roadmap, and feature definition. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and data sources.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner
  • Partner with engineering, content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and ensure that product releases meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Support go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, and launch coordination.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to drive product adoption and performance.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
  • Use analytics and insights to optimize performance and inform future product decisions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from surveys, interviews, and user testing.
  • Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and shape future iterations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify new opportunities and potential risks within the product domain.

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology product development and delivery.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver product requirements based on research, data, and insights.
  • Previous experience within the iGaming or online sports industry is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and execution.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Understanding of design and UX principles, and familiarity with product prototyping processes.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies.
  • Knowledge on Ad-serving platforms and AI tools is preferred.
