SASMAR is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Search Specialist to join our marketing team. As an established pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our celebrated Conceive Plus brand, we are committed to expanding our digital footprint through effective and innovative marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving targeted traffic to our online presence while maximizing ROI on our advertising investments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage paid search campaigns aligned with SASMAR's marketing objectives and business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvements and growth.
- Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad formats to increase click-through rates and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize A/B testing techniques to improve ad performance and user engagement.
- Manage budgets, bids, and spending to ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in search engine marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as SEO and content marketing, to create cohesive strategies that enhance overall digital visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and additional PPC platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other performance tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
