Description de l'emploi
NEMESIS is looking for a Customer Support Agent. You will be a part of our Customer Support Department in Malta.You will support one of our key clients with their international speaking players across their platforms. The role also requires that :
  • Assisting players via chat and email.
  • Providing top notch level of customer satisfaction to players.
  • Maintaining customers focus and responding to customers queries in accordance to company guidelines.
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary.
  • Promoting the brands' values and products.
  • Ensuring professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
Qualifications
  • Experience. Previous experience in customer service or similar position.
  • Knowledge. Excellent written and spoken skills in English.
  • Soucieux des détails. Vous êtes une personne orientée processus, fiable et adaptable, avec une attention extraordinaire aux détails et capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de structurer le travail dans le respect des délais.
