We're seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategically minded Social Media Manager to join our Acquisition team. At ibet, our players are at the heart of everything we do and social media is one of our most powerful tools for attracting, engaging, and retaining them. In this role, you'll take full ownership of content direction and performance, shaping how our brands show up across multiple channels. Your Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Social Media Manager role within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong creative instincts — with a proven ability to ideate, execute, and optimise content for Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Telegram.
  • Solid grasp of key performance metrics (engagement rate, CTR, reach, conversions) and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent copywriting and briefing skills, with the ability to adapt tone per brand, market, and channel.
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Confident managing content across multiple brands, campaigns, and geos simultaneously.
  • Proactive, trend-aware mindset with the ability to bring ideas, spot opportunities, and influence direction.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of content that drives brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for both casino and sportsbook brands.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple social channels — scheduling, posting, and community interaction.
  • Partner closely with SEO, Paid Media, CRM, and Design to ensure aligned messaging and clean execution across campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse performance, identifying what works and iterating quickly to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute actively to channel strategy through creative concepts, trend identification, and platform-specific recommendations.
  • Maintain multi-brand content calendars to ensure consistency, clarity, and timely delivery.
  • Engage player communities in a tone that fits each brand's identity and audience.
