As our Concierge, you'll be the ultimate vibe curator. You know the island like your personal setlist and have a sixth sense for what guests want before they even ask. You're smooth, switched-on, and always one step ahead – making each guest feel like the headliner.

 Job Role:

  • Amp up every guest's stay with epic recommendations and custom experiences
  • Score last-minute bookings, VIP access, and rockstar-level service
  • Handle requests, questions, and "can you make this happen?" with total confidence
  • Be the go-to source for island knowledge, culture, food, nightlife & cool hidden gems
  • Work hand-in-hand with Front Office and Guest Relations to deliver 5-star moments
  • Keep the lobby buzzing and guests smiling – 24/7 good vibes guaranteed
  • Treat every guest like a legend – because at Hard Rock, they are

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury concierge, guest services, or high-end hospitality
  • Killer communication skills, local knowledge, and the hustle to match
  • Confident, friendly, and sharp under pressure
  • Fluent in English – bonus points if you know more languages
  • Rockstar appearance, warm energy, and always guest-first
  • You love people, music, and making things happen
