Main Duties:

  • Supervise and ensure scheduled routing of sales orders and required documentation
  • Timely replenishment for picking, direct departures, and exports
  • Coordinate efficient stock operations (receiving, picking, replenishing, loading)
  • Ensure smooth production and manage off-peak team tasks
  • Verify import receipts, storage, and accurate WMS data entry for received goods
  • Assist with basic accounting, provide regular/ad hoc reports, and coordinate reconciled stocktakes
  • Oversee facility and fleet cleaning/upkeep; maintain related records
  • Reconcile supplier invoices/statements, verifying adherence to SFC's agreed prices, quantities, quality, and terms
  • Deliver daily Kaizen Meetings

What skills do you need?

  • Ideally, have, as a minimum, an O Level standard of education
  • Have experience in the logistics field
  • Possess ICT and good presentation skills
  • Be conscious of warehouse upkeep
  • Possess strong leadership, team facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Be flexible and able to work shift work
  • Have good analytical skills and be proactive

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
